Observation Preview
View completed observation results — with a parameter summary, results, and the option to download the form as a PDF.
Observation List
To access the observation preview, select Club → Evaluations & Observations → Observation List from the left menu. Find the observation you are looking for in the table and select the "Preview" option from the last column.
From the same place you can edit a completed observation or delete it from the list.
Observation Details
At the top of the page you will find:
- Observation type,
- Information about the observed person,
- Form used for the observation.
Downloading the PDF Form
In the top right corner of the screen you will find the "Print" button. After clicking, you can download:
- Blank form — for manual completion,
- Completed form — with the entered observation results.
